We understand, however, that there may be rare occasions when something is not as it should be.

If the item you receive is damaged, incorrect, or has been lost in transit, you are warmly invited to reach out. We will always do what is right by our customers.


Our Promise

You are eligible to return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order—or the estimated delivery date, in the case of a lost package.

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we are pleased to offer:

  • A replacement of the same or similar item

  • Or a store credit, thoughtfully issued to be used at your convenience

Returned items must be unused, and sent back in their original condition and packaging.
